ARK/BM Homes or Sonestaa Meadows

Q: Hi All, I am looking to buy a 3 BHK flat in Whitefield as much possible close to Marathalli/Kundanghalli gate. I am confused between ARK Serene Counrty, BM Developers - BM Homes and Sonestaa Meadows. Can you please advice which one would be a better builder and better development quality ? THanks a lot in advance.

Hi Ramesh, I personally feel that you should check the project ARK Serene Counrty and Sonestaa Meadows. Because I heard that some rumours about the BM Homes.

I think ARK Serene Counrty is a good option because ARK Builders is one of the leading real estate developers in India and they provide quality construction also.
