Details about the project.

Q: We are talking to the builder - MAHAVEER RIVIERA for a 3bhk apartment. They are quoting a price of Rs.4600/-Sft. Initially they were mentioning about that Rs.4600/- sft is all inclusive Ie:- inclusive of car park, keb-bwssb, club, maintenance, vetrified flooring, doors, bath rooms tiles, fixures etc. and only we have to do the wardrobes / interiors and bear registration. But now the builder is saying that Carpark, keb&bwssb, tax, legal, club, association, maintainance etc are over and above the per square foot charge of Rs. 4600/- Could somebody who has already booked can throw some light on this....will be obliged, thanks & best regards - Narain

I don't think it will include everything in Rs.4600/sqft rate and if you have written statement for the same, you can get these including. If it is oral statement, you need to speak with builder and negotiate for better price and get them in written so that in future they cannot change their statements. Thank you.
