If the rate of a 2bhk flat with 905sqft to 975sqft ranges from Rs 18lakhs to Rs 32 lakhs. Then a flat with 600 to 700 sq ft will cost you Rs 10lakhs to Rs 13lakhs

Conservatively is it safe to assume tha the price per sq ft at Attibele for the time being on an average is around Rs.2000/- per sq feet. What growth opportunities one foresees at Attibele during the next 5 years considering the proximity it enjoys being close to Hosur and near Bangalore which both have a lot of industries.

As Attibele is close to both Hosur and Bangalore more particualrly Electronic city which is just 14 kms awayi presume u should get good rental incomes far better that which u have referred here due to constant demand from the market
