Please advise where to buy flat between Kanakpura Road and Mysore Road.
Q: I am confused in which area I should be buying a flat between Kanakpura Road and Mysore Road (Rajarajeswari nagar side). My kids study in a school in Kumbalgodu area which is approachable from both the sides. I need advice from Return on investment perspective and also quality of living + security.
I have looked at Nitish's Ceaser Palace, Mantri Tranquility (poor connectivity for public transport), Iskon Gokulam and Century Indus in Rajarajeswari Nagar. Shoba Forest view is going to take couple of years to be ready so I had dropped the idea to invest there.
Hi, you can try in Rajarajeshwari nagar area, as it is improving well. Located in between Mysore road and Kanakpura rd. Uttarahalli, Banashankari , etc. are also good for investing.
I feel Kanakpura Road will be a better option and you can also expect future appreciation in this area as the are is surrounded by many educationally institutions and the connectivity is also very good. Kanakapura's expanding suburbs is well connected by Government and Private buses to all other parts of the city.
