Please do not invest in SRR Homes or Excel Dwellings (both are the same Firm operated by the same set of cheaters. I booked a plot in Hyde Park (a false project) and paid several Lakhs to get a corner plot of fictious Hyde Park Project. I was forced to cancel the booking after three years of investment. Even after 6 months of cancelation, the Firm has not refunded my money. Now they do not pick up telephones and refuse to meet my family members. I sincerely suggest that please do not waste your time and hard earned money in projects of SRR Homes/Excel Dwellings which is only cheating people.
Do not invest in SRR OR EXCEL DWELLINGS they are thives i have my villa half built from 2010 at Exrubba now they are dead when phone rings. When you go to there office they will send an office boy to lodge your complaints. Big time cheats. Investors do not be fooled by their plans and brochures. Once your money is with them they will completely cut off when you call them.
I fully agree with Iyer. I have similar experience for a plot booked in Their falsely advertised Hyde Park project in which they have cheated hundreds of innocent honest Indians.

recently anybody invested in this property, my registration is due from 6 months and now i have been asked to pay more for resgistration. its a funny situation as my laon is lying in bank unclaimed and i am paying EMI for it. i am going to there office to have a discussion with them tomorrow
Hi, I got registered a plot at "The Preserve". The whole process is smooth, except there is lot of delay on the registration day due to mis-communication from the SRR sales team. I got verified all the documents through the lawyer and those were fine. But only catch is that, in the whole episode SRR acts as a mediator.
Hi, We are thinking to invest on a plot in NORTH side of Bangalore. Its pretty tough to figure out who is a good builder. Good in terms of committing to what they are promising and clear tittle lands.
TOP BRANDS are vouch able but I we need to pay a hefty lump sums for that. I'm targeting mid level builders who can be trusted and not sky high on prices.
I've visited Century Eden as said ..everything looks good except the price of 2400 per SFT :) I'm thinking to visit SRR Homes (The Preserve) on NH7...anyone please let me know if you know of this project. Heard its collaborative project from different builders. And how about the location...can we expect good returns atleast after 5Yrs. Till 5yrs Im sure there wont be much hike in land prices over there.Please advise.

Do not buy The Preserve. After paying the booking amount of Rs two lakhs to SRR Homes, I figured out (the hard way) that they are lying through their teeth. They are selling a piece of land that does not belong to them. So they initially said that they have a GPA (general power of attorney) with the owners for selling this. They gave some document saying that was the GPA. The document is not GPA. SRR hopes that people will not get the documents properly checked and hence fall in their trap. After repeated requests, they did not give anything which proves that they cal sell it. Your money will be doomed.
Hi Tirthankar, Yes I understand the hassles with there RE groups..so you meant to say the land tittles for PRESERVE are not complete ? What I know is that SRR is a developer and land belongs to some one else (this by itself should not be a problem as this is common practise) BUT did SRR fail to show any required documents ?
IMPORTANTLY DID YOU GET YOUR 2Lakhs Back ? Completely ? On time?
