The reviews about Lotus Villas by JS group can be checked at this website. Personally i had talked to India-Homes Manager and they are very optimistic about the property .Even the legal team had visited the property and they are fine.Finally i booked the Lotus- Pink Villas. If anyone has more information please let me know.
