Planning to buy a flat

Q: Sir/madam,i want to buy a flat on Sarjapur road 13 km from Sarjapur road flyover and 1.6km far from main road at 1900/sq.ft. Please advice me if it is good option or not for growth n development in near future. Thanks

Sarjapur Road is one of the prominent areas and is conveniently reached from major destinations of Bangalore. The investment in the area is liable to be fruitful and turn out as smart money.

Have you looked at some projects; This is one of the next growth areas in the residential market of Bengaluru. Proximity to Hosur which is also having a lot of industries and as already said not too far away from Electronic City; these are some of the points which goes in your favour for investing in this area. By the way which Project are u looking at a price of Rs.1900/ ??
