I too have good opinion on the builder. I heard there is some approval issue with it. Please check all legal documents before booking.

My colleague had purchased a flat in one of their projects. He and his family members are very happy with the flat and facilities. When he went to the builder's office the sales and marketing people gave warm welcome, also they were very co-operative.
