Date of Possession?

Q: What is the likely date of possession and current price at Rainbow Heights? I'm interested in purchasing a 2BHK for end use.

They never said that it will be in 2014. It is likely to be complete this year only. Progress is good.

DSR Rainbow Heights is an accomplished project of DSR Constructions. It has spacious 6 blocks and over 288 houses. Have you booked a flat in the same?

Bulbul, which sales representative is saying 2014? I know all of them by name. DSR is an excellent builder and Rainbow Heights is almost ready for possession in 2 months.

Shashank, I have bought a 3BHK and registration happened this week. The project will be ready for possession in Mid-oct.2012. They are doing toilet fiting, all paints and finishing are done till 9th floor. Swimming pool is getting finishing touches. I met the senior most person from DSR this week and Oct.12 possession is almost certain. write to me at bhaskor_dse@yahoo.co.in if you need help. (Bulbul, why are you saying possession is 2014? Registraions and woodworks are happening in majority of flats. It is ready.)

Thanks for your reply, Bhaskor. Now that you have registered your flat, any idea when the khatha transfers will happen?
