Date of Possession?
Q: What is the likely date of possession and current price at Rainbow Heights? I'm interested in purchasing a 2BHK for end use.

Latest Answer: They never said that it will be in 2014. It is likely to be complete this year only. Progress is good.

Reviews needed on DSR Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
Q: I'm looking for a general opinion on "DSR Infra Pvt Ltd" from ppl who have invested in their other projects all around Bangalore. What's the construction quality like? Do they stick to schedule? Legal issues (if any)? I would also like to know if anybody has solicited legal opinion on the land title, land-builder agreement, and other statutory documents pertaining to DSR Woodwinds. Eager to hear any/all opinions or info.

Latest Answer: Only concern I have is construction quality for which you pay to builders. I am staying in DSR Ultima and contruction quality is very bad. My flat has hairline cracks and I reported them but they said they are minor and let them develop and like that two years are passed and now they are not taking any further request on same. I would suggest think before buying from them as construction quality is poor. There are also structural issues (narrow parking entrance).
