Information about the project

Q: Sir/Madam I visited The Residency and found affordable apartments there. Though the surrounding and infra is pathetic and neglected by the builder it suits my pocket. Please clear the legal standing of the complex why registry and provisional possession certificate has not been given to the first buyer?

Try to know the reason for delay. If it is genuine then fine. Otherwise all buyers go together and demand the builder to issue certificates immediately. Or take the help of a legal expert.

Without receiving possession certificate you are not supposed to occupy the house. Then why such builders are delaying the process.

Yes, Avinash is right. Better take advice from a legal expert before buying a flat there. All the buyers have not got possession certificate? How did you get to know this?

Before buying a flat in this project it is better to cross check all the documentation with the builder. So that later you do not face is further issues.

Hello Annie, May be there was/is some issue with the project or may be the builder didnt get approvals for provisional possession certificate.
