Q: Sir/Madam I visited The Residency and found affordable apartments there. Though the surrounding and infra is pathetic and neglected by the builder it suits my pocket. Please clear the legal standing of the complex why registry and provisional possession certificate has not been given to the first buyer?

Latest Answer: Try to know the reason for delay. If it is genuine then fine. Otherwise all buyers go together and demand the builder to issue certificates immediately. Or take the help of a legal expert.
