Looking for advice.

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 1 BHK apartment for investment purpose. My budget is Max. 25 Lakhs. I shortlisted one property from Brigade i.e. Brigade Meadows which is on Kanakpura road, next to Art of Living. Their 1.5 BHK apartment is falling in my budget,but I am concerned about the location. Its quiet far from the city and I don't see much development there. Brigade claim that there going to be a boom there in next 4-5 years. I want your opinion on this, that what are prospects of development of that area.
