Q: I like this project and want to buy one. Does anyone know if this builder has got OC (Occupancy Certificate)? How is the construction quality?

Any news about Occupancy Certificate ? Not sure why the builder is saying no to it ? Can any of the residents answer this ?

As per sources, the project's possession is in July 12. So is it completed? Any idea?

Naresh, this project is by Bhoomija developers. Are you planning to buy a flat here?

Surendra, Banyan Tree project is said to be approved by BDA, BESCOM.. Also many leading banks like Corp. Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, SBI, ING Vysya, etc. are giving loans. So no need to worry about approvals.
