Does anyone know if this builder has got OC?
Q: I like this project and want to buy one. Does anyone know if this builder has got OC (Occupancy Certificate)? How is the construction quality?

Latest Answer: Any news about Occupancy Certificate ? Not sure why the builder is saying no to it ? Can any of the residents answer this ?

Who is the builder?
Q: Who is the builder? I could not find any official website from the builder giving detailed floor plans, master plan, layout plan, etc

Latest Answer: any idea what is the price they are quoting. I am interested in buying. But i am not sure about the quality and is it worth the price? Gimme any details.
