Need to know what are the legal formalities.

Q: I am from Bangalore, now that I am entering into a Joint Venture with a Builder on 50:50 basis, need to know what are the procedures involved to move ahead. Need to know what are the legal formalities and what are the duties of the Builder in this JD? Any legal advisers or experienced comments are appreciated.

Thks for your kind responses.. Just want to rectify - I am entering into a Joint Development and not Joint Venture.. it was an error from my part.. Well, I am getting some answers from some legal advisors, shall update later.. Regards, Vijaya Shankar
