Q:I am from Bangalore, now that I am entering into a Joint Venture with a Builder on 50:50 basis, need to know what are the procedures involved to move ahead. Need to know what are the legal formalities and what are the duties of the Builder in this JD? Any legal advisers or experienced comments are appreciated.
