2BHK in Sarjapur area by Sowparnika Swastika

Q: Guys,

Request ur kind feeback/reviews on 2bhk flats offered by the builder Sowparnika Swastika at Sarjapur road @ 1995 per sqft. If anyone has already booked, can u pl. share the pros and cons.
Though the price seems catchy I would like know how reliable the project/promoter/builder is in keeping up his commitments/trustworthy or not.
