Khata Transfer of a BMRDA plot from builder/land owner to me. How?

Q: Hi,
A land of 5.1 acres was made into plots and I've bought a plot in that land which is in Chikkanahali-Kammanahalli village near Sarjapura. The plot comes under Mugalur Grama Panchayath and its a BMRDA approved plot. I need to obtain a Khata for this plot. What is the procedure. I've seen the article http://www.commonfloor.com/articles/what-is-khata-transfer-and-registration-and-how-to-do-it-8.html, but what procedure for BMRDA approved plot coming under Grama Panchayath?

Hi Swetha, the approval authority is BDA in Bangalore Urban and BMRDA in Bangalore Rural. So you can refer to the article (which you had given) for the procedure and documents required.
