Which is the best project in Hennur Road?

Q: I wanted to know about the area Hennur Road. There are 3 projects one from LGCL which is a villa project, second a row house project from Ramky and third there is also an apartment project Salarpuria Gold Summit. LGCL is approx. Rs. 6K per Sqft, Ramky is around Rs. 4.8K per Sqft and Gold Summit is around Rs. 4.2K per Sqft. which one is the better project can any one suggest the best one to invest in?
LGCL Stonescape, Ramky Serene Woods or Salarpuria Gold Summit or any other project?

Before deciding which one to buy, first visit the projects and study them, get all legal doc.s verified, also check water facility, sewage system, etc. and amenities, and so on... Whichever you feel is the best of three then you can choose that project.
