Thx fr the response ppl. Wave city is project by wave grp. Its in sector 32 . Its vry near to sector 18 n golf course. Psf is 7600 presently. Location is gud. Even jp rpoject looks worthful as the psf starting is around 4000. But there are too many resindential projects in it ranging between 4000- 14000 psf. Its too confusing .
And i feel location wise wave city is better and will fetch me best returns.
SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

Hi Abhishek, all builders have both good and bad.. But if possible you can contact apartment owners from the completed projects of these two builders to ensure customer satisfaction and know your builder...

Both are good projects.. Check other factors such as quality of construction, appreciation in future, surroundings, etc. Also you have to get the legal documents verified and then invest on it.

Hi Abhishek, I like the Wish Town project.. The plan and location are excellent.. I have no idea about Wave City.
