How is this project in comparision to Jaypee Wish Town?
Q: What kind of return can be expected comparatively? Which builder can I trust?

Latest Answer: Thx fr the response ppl. Wave city is project by wave grp. Its in sector 32 . Its vry near to sector 18 n golf course. Psf is 7600 presently. Location is gud. Even jp rpoject looks worthful as the psf starting is around 4000. But there are too many resindential projects in it ranging between 4000- 14000 psf. Its too confusing . And i feel location wise wave city is better and will fetch me best returns. SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.
