Do not buy flats in Lake Vihar 2.
The project is constructed on disputed land without the plan approval.
The documents shown by the builder are all fake. they are forged and manipulated!

There are cases filed in City Civil Court, with OS numbers below:
OS 8304/08
OS 3466/10
OS 3467/10

Please BEWARE and keep away from this project.

The builder is a known fraud and has several forgery related cases pending against him. All the documents he provides have no legal validity as these are forged documents.

Stay away from this project, it is under court case and there is no license or approvals for this.
