CMDA Approval

Q: When the project will be approved by CMDA, it has been more than one year? How are the builders posting their ads without getting CMDA approval?

Pls dont go for any of their projects!!!

Jeayam shelters is one of the worst builders known till date...The mega project in adambakkam(phase 1 & phase 2) is a big failure.. Few of ppl I know have booked these projects during 2011 and they are yet to even get the approval... CMDA is ready to approve for 6 floors, if they want they can continue with just those floors.. Instead they choose to discourage their customers saying they are getting no approval at all and they can withdraw their money(Without interest for those years)!!! This is completely atrocious and they will pay for all ppl`s suffering!!!

Hey Kiran, How do you know that the project is approved? The promoters may drop the project. Your Dreams will remain a dream. Bardy

We already booked a year back but there is no progression in the project. Whenever we contact they telling approval is pending.

Hey Vamphire, How do you know that the project is not approved by CMDA? It has been said that the project is already approve by the authority.

Hello guys, as per sources it is said that both the phases have been approved by CMDA.. To confirm one has to contact the builder only..
