Help required in buying apartment in Bommanahalli and need reviews.

Q: Hi,

I am looking forward to buy an apartment in Bommanahalli area. 2 or 3 BHK within 40-45 Lacs and shorlisted few properties although, all these builders are not big players.. But can anybody suggest which are good, paper work clear or not, is it worth buying and spending hard earned money. All the projects are under construction and builders are claiming the possession would take 3-6 months maximum.

Anybody booked an apartment in any of these?

2. SRIKAN'S TIARA APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: Swathi Projects

3. SLV Flora APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: PNR Group

4. Vandana Pearls APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: Sree Vandana Infra Build Pvt Ltd

5. SAI PRIDE APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: Home Win Associates

Well, I went for site visit and found:
1. IMPERIAL INDRAPRASTHA APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: GRIHAMITRA CONSTRUCTIONS - LIKED
2. SRIKAN'S TIARA APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: Swathi Projects - LIKED
3. SLV Flora APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: PNR Group - Only few apartments available
4. Vandana Pearls APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: Sree Vandana Infra Build Pvt Ltd - Did not like
5. SAI PRIDE APARTMENT: Bommanahalli, Builder: Home Win Associates - Did not like (too compact)
6. SRI SAI ROYALE APARTMENT: Builder: AmigoShelters - Did not like

Need to dedice between SRIKAN'S TIARA and IMPERIAL INDRAPRASTHA... Can anybody suggest me which one is a good option?

Thanks for the reply but the only problem I found in SLV Flora is the surroundings. Back side is Arvind Mills so there would be disturbance of machines and noisy all the times. Also safety could be a concern as labour class would be around all the times. Can anybody suggest me about any other project. I also saw Sai Sri Royale from AmigoShelters. How is the project....
