Question regarding phase 2

Q: Hi Guys,
I am planning to purchase a plot here in Phase 2. There are some issues with the loan approval. Is there a forum of buyers that I can talk to? Appreciate your help. Thanks.

I heard that Axis bank has not given the confirmation for phase 2. Looks like some delay with axis bank. Anyone booked in Axis bank and got confirmation? I am not sure if SBi/Bank of Baroda have got approval in phase 2 as well. Can anyone confirm on this please?

Why there is issue with the loan approval? I heard that Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd and State Bank of India are providing hom loan for this project.
