Question regarding phase 2
Q: Hi Guys,
I am planning to purchase a plot here in Phase 2. There are some issues with the loan approval. Is there a forum of buyers that I can talk to? Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Latest Answer: I heard that Axis bank has not given the confirmation for phase 2. Looks like some delay with axis bank. Anyone booked in Axis bank and got confirmation? I am not sure if SBi/Bank of Baroda have got approval in phase 2 as well. Can anyone confirm on this please?

This site comes under which Khata?Is it has all approvals?
Q: Details are required whether it is BMRDA approved.If so is it has Khata?DC Conversion? All the NOCs from various departments.
Does it collect development charges separately?

Latest Answer: Yes it is BMRDA approved with A khatha. I am not sure about other things but at first look my lawyer said their legal is good.
