Received letter from DB realty

Q: Hi Have any one received letter from DB to pay 4.02% vat,they have not provided breakup for this,please advise what should be done,should i wait or pay the said amount,they have demanded the amt in next 7 days,and asper some news there are no such clearity on calculation of tax charged by builders
