Expected Possession for Bldg 8?
Q: I have apartment in Bldg 8. They are saying they will give possession in 2014 End. Is it possible or fake promises?

Latest Answer: Thanks. It would be great if we get possession in 2014. My flat in Bldg 8 is in the same status more than 1 year so really doubt if they will be able to give possession by 2014. Let us hope for the best. :)

what is the transfer fees charged by the builder for 1bhk flat ?
Q: flat of 603 sq ft was purchased in february 2013 what is the transfer fees that will be charged by the builder?

Latest Answer: How much is your builder asking for ? it is general around rs 600 per sq ft.

Received letter from DB realty
Q: Hi Have any one received letter from DB to pay 4.02% vat,they have not provided breakup for this,please advise what should be done,should i wait or pay the said amount,they have demanded the amt in next 7 days,and asper some news there are no such clearity on calculation of tax charged by builders

Progress on the project
Q: I received latest architect certificate.
I found progress quite satisfactory.

I have apartments in Bldg 8.

Bldg Floors
4,6,9,10,14,24,29,30 Plinth
11,12,15,18,21,23,27 1
22 2
1 4
2 7
17 14
28 15
20 17
3,7,8,16 Terrace

I spoke to site office today and he said for 9 bldgs they will give possession by Dec, 2013.
It is wise decision by DB they give phased possession.
