Can someone share review on Ajnara Grand Heritage?

Q: Can someone share review on Ajnara grand heritage in Noida sec 74. I am planning to buy a flat. Also is this space bought by Ajnara or it is sold by Supertech?

dont go with Ajnana Builder, they are one of the biggest cheaters and is the worst post booking cooperative organisation. i have booked in 2014 and since struggling to get even a single support

I have booked a unit in 1395 sq-ft . Ajnara India Ltd given me possesion date of December' 2014. Is this project is going to delay by 2015 as one of the gentleman saying,

Hi,
Project is surely delayed...Ajnara is not responding their customers despite no. Of meetings.... We must scheduled a meeting once again with the management to seek the answers on the possession date for phase 1 & monthly payment of penalty amount to the buyers,other issues etc.

don't buy ajnara flats because you can buy it but u cant own it(flat). this is the reality of Ajnara projects.this is my experience with ajnara.
