Hi Jitu,
Ajnara India Limited has launched a new tower in its existing project "Grand Ajnara Heritage" called Ajnara Klock Tower, located at Sector-74, Noida. Total project is spread over 12 acres of vast land and 1500 flats already there in the project. This new tower will add another 286 flats under Ajnara Klock Tower. Sizes of the flats are available 1075 sq.ft in 2BHk and 1295 - 2195 sq.ft in 3BHK. It's current asking price will be Rs.3620/sq-ft. This project is under construction and possession date will be March'2019.

Well Jitu,
In other charges, you will have to pay for covered car parking i.e Rs.395000, Club membership, EEC and FFC are free of cost.
PLC- Road Facing Rs.100/sq-ft., Park Facing Rs.100/sq-ft. and corner facing Rs.75/sq-ft. and t the time of possession- 1KVA power Back-up Rs.20000, Dual Meter Charges Rs.25000 and IFMS Rs.25/sq-ft.

Down Payment Plan:- Booking amount-10%, within 45 days-85% and, on offer of possession -5% whereas in Construction Link Payment Plan- 10% at the time of booking, 10% within 45 days of booking, 10% on start of construction work, 10% on completion of raft work, 10% on completion of 5th floor slab, 7.5% on completion of 10th and 15% slab work respectively, 5% on completion of 20th floor slab, 5% on commencement of top floor slab, 5% on completion of brick work, 5% on completion of internal plaster, 5% on completion of external plaster, 5% on completion of external paint and 5% on offer of possession.
