I have booked the apartments in Aashish JK

Pro
1.You can believe them , dont have much delay , papers are clean ,etc
2.Location advantage , middle of IT

Cons
1. Road issue , only narrow road that also have some issues now
2.Builder is not building club house and swimming pool according to the plan indicated in Brochure or Sites
instead he is constructing Transformer yard and Septic tank there .
