Hi, I have already bought a flat in SLV Flora (already got registration done), the title documents looks good, and I heard that we need to get the EC certificate from the subregistrar office on Begur road .. am not sure on the Katha certificate.. they say we will get it later. Few complaints, this builder took about Rs 70,000 extra money just before the registration in the name of Vat and the Service Tax rate change.. compared to original sale agreement.. (there is no VAT rate change, Service tax rate changed from 10% to12.36% , this would result in increament of Rs 6,000 approximately). they even not ready to provide the letter stating the increased amount... to me it looks like it is just a bribe...Also, project got delayed by almost an year. most of the amenities are not ready for use.. not even the basic amenities..like lift.. gym etc..it is just frustrating.. they even dont have any reason to explain for the delay... they talk many things and promise many things before selling..
Have you done with the legal verification for the project? please update. my brother is also interested in this project. Someone told him that it is all clear. Do you know if there is any issue that we should know?
