Real estate prices in Bagalur (Bangalore)

Q: What is the expected real estate scenario in Bagalur (near Sarjapur, Bangalore)? There are a lot of developers coming up with plot layouts. I also see that we are expecting a Hosur IT park there. I am not sure about the exact picture. Please help.

I feel that if you are looking to invest for long term and your work location is going to be in Hosur or Electronic City, it should make a good investment sense. I am also researching and not sure.

Yes Sumit.. I have also made some research about this part of the city. Bagalu is well-connected to Sarjapur and Electronic City. And as you said there is an IT park coming in Hosur-Bagalur road. We can expect huge development in future in this part.
