Q:Hi, I am looking to purchase a property in Bhopal for residential purpose.Desired time of Moving in the property: Year 2020Options being Considered:1. Invest in upcoming project of some well known builder (whose risk of defaulting are minimal). Investing now can mean pre-launch prices which are generally lower. To consider this option I will need few good builders (Like Brigade in Bangalore or Jaypee in NCR) and if they have any good projects coming up.2. Second option I am considering is buying a plot right now in some good gated community/township and getting it developed maybe in 2019 by some reputed developer/contractor. For this option I will again need the names of few good builders offering such plots and names of few reputed developers who develop a property on given plotAdvice Needed: 1. Queries mentioned in both the options2. Which among the two is a better option to consider as of now? Final Desired Property: A villa (plot size approx 2000 sq. ft.) to move in by 2020 in well gated community/township having good ammenities and security. I hope I am clear in posting my requirements. Still if any further clarification is needed, please do ask!

Q:Hi, I recently saw a plot and want to purchase it.The plot is having measurement 30 * 40 but it is having additional land near that is nearly 400 sq ftThe builder will give the plot to people who purchase both plot (thus making over all shape odd).Builder is saying they will give A Khatha. I am sure about 30 * 40 site that they can give A Khata. But what about the 400 sq ft?Some where I have read that minimum 600 sq ft will get A Khatha.Should I go for the property? Kindly suggest..In site plan, 30 * 40 and 400 sq ft part is shown seperately..so I am not sure that is part of actual approved plan..THanks in Advance.
Latest Answer: Hey Albin, I do not think there is any hard and fast rule that if the plot is minimum 600 sqft then only you will get A Khata for the property. But can take legal help from some expert.
