Mahesh, I don't have investment in this project but I inquired about the projects in the vicinity and got information about this project as well. In 3 years the prices will surely go up. Kharghar has number of ready and under-construction projects both in residential sector. With so many new upcoming projects coming up, Kharghar is the third most developed node of Navi Mumbai after Vashi and Nerul.
Hi Mahesh, ongoing rate is around Rs 8000 per sqft. Project is good for investment purpose. I would suggest you to go for long term investment rather than short term seeing the price and location of the project.
