Latest Answer: Mahesh, I don't have investment in this project but I inquired about the projects in the vicinity and got information about this project as well. In 3 years the prices will surely go up. Kharghar has number of ready and under-construction projects both in residential sector. With so many new upcoming projects coming up, Kharghar is the third most developed node of Navi Mumbai after Vashi and Nerul.
