JR housing uses green park as a hub for all of their projects running near Marsur – Chandapura Anekal surrounding area. Though, JR Green Park association already being formed legally but JR Builder is not ready to handover the layout. Only reason being, they provide shelter to all the laborers (from all their projects), in JR green park. They have full time employed rowdies going door to door for maintenance and threats resident in case of delay by a day or so. If you demand for a repair of street light, they go crazy. They threat to disconnect water. Imagine you are not there at home and some rowdies comes to your home and threat your family. So cool, right? Still wanted to buy JR property?
