What are the amenities factually available as I visited few days back- no PMC water and other amenities were still pending. When talked to residents, they were not happy ...

Q: As mentioned PMC water, Parking, Gym, Gas Pipeline etc. were pending... Also heard that Pipelines are not good. Residence complained about constant leakages...

I have heard about builderscalled K B Developers. One of my friends had bought a flat in its project known as Palladion. He has strongly suggested me to look forward to their upcoming projects. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
