Faridabad has witnessed huge development from an industrial to an industrial-cum-residential township. Plots, villas, and independent floors and even apartments are available with different price ranges in Faridabad. Many new residential projects have come up in the Neharpar region, which is also called Greater Faridabad. Rates of properties have been continuously increasing. By the end of this year there will be metro connectivity to Faridabad which is expected to boost the realty sector furthermore.

Rate per sq ft in Neharpar is around Rs 3500 to 3900. But in Surajkund it is almost double. So if you are looking to buy property at a less cost then go for Neharpar, and if you are looking for higher investment then Surajkund is a better choice. Other areas like sec 82 and others the rates are lower than in Neharpar.

Hey Ravi, as far as I know, Neharpar, Suraj Kund and sector 82 are good options for investing in Faridabad. Surajkund is located in the centre of the city and rates are comparitively high there. Suraj Kund is the best place to live in Faridabad as there are a wide range of projects offering villas, floors, high rise apartments. The area is close to South Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and there is lush greenery everywhere which makes it a better place to live in.

I have invested in BPTP at Nehrapar this year. It is a more cost effective choice than Noida, Gurgaon and many other parts of Faridabad. The several upcoming projects and developing infrastructure promise a good long term investment for property in Neharpar. The affordability makes the area a favourite of many. As most of the projects in Neharpar are nearing completion, it is a suitable place for those who look for ready to move in properties. As per the current plans there will be a remarkable increase in the infrastructure and connectivity in Neharpar in the next three years. The major projects are that of BPTP, Omaxe Ltd., Piyush group, Vipul group, Puri constructions, SRS and RPS. Sector 80-81 area of Neharpar is the best location to invest in.

Yes. I have invested in Neharpar two years back and I am happy with my choice. It is a highly developing area with many residential and commercial projects. Infrastructural developments like KMP expressway, 6 lane roads and the fly over between Delhi and Faridabad provides good connectivity to Neharpar. Other upcoming projects including the metro connectivity makes Neharpar a major hotspot in the NCR region. Properties are still available at affordable rates here. Among the upcoming projects the BPTP, Piyush, Vipul etc will be a good choice. Do surf for more options in the internet. Apartment rates here starts from Rs. 2050 to 3500 per sq.ft. Since last 2 years there is 30% hike in the property prices here.
