KDP ETHOS is a fraud launched by kdp group , they needed money for completing their project Grand Savana. so they launched Kdp Ethos. now after 2 years of booking they still don't have approval neither they will ever have, because their purpose is over. now as a buyer i am cheated. don't know what to do? any suggestions???

I am Deepak Kumar Shrivastava and I have also booked one 3 BHK flat in ethos. I use to be placed at far away places due to my employer's requirement. Presently I am in Pune. I think it will be better to continue with as builder has no option to use the land otherwise. Location is also fine and rate too. Only we should vigorously pursue with the builder about the progress on project.

Hi Riya,
The best option is that we can make a forum/society named KDP ethos investors association, hire a lawyer and prey to the court that the land should be transferred in the name of the society ( if court will take cognizance of the fraud it will easily pass such order and restrain builder to sell/use the land. Apart from that you have to remember that unless you do not get any written intimation from the builder don't take your money back.
I have booked a unit in ethos and know some people (around 6 ) who have also invested there. I do not have time but if someone takes the initiative and make blog of KDP ethos fraud it will help unite the investor and will in turn be very useful to tame the builder

Hi,
I managed to find khasra No. of KDP Ethos, Khsra no. is 920 if any one have any idea of GDA then please try to find what exactly the issue is with Approval. As per KDP officials road is not passed by GDA so the approval is not coming.

Everyone who ever has booked flat in KDP ETHOS. don't cancel u r bookings because that is what builder wants. because that project would be definitely relaunched with new price may be with new name, but if u have not cancelled ur booking, builder will have to give u flats on ur booking rates. u dont need any agreement for this just keep u r transaction details. it has happened in Noida Extension. Can anyone who has knowledge about legal issues can confirm it.

I dnt think they will close down the project, true there must be something wrong or the builder might have some intensions, because they promised a huge project with 4 Blocks and 400 residences. If they cheat, they will surely be dragged to court! What is the latest status?
