In aug 2016 they asked to come and take possession but the completion certificate was not available. After that everytime they said that will be done in a month or 2. They will just make you tired with their false promises and waste your time. I have faced this, my parents argued and fight with them. We shouted at them visited their office several times and then after several arguments they gave me my flat. I know several other people who are just getting fooled by these people. Their strategy is that one will argue with us and one will talk to you politely. They will even say very bad things too. But the only solution is that fighting and threatening these guys and forcing them to give our flats. Go to their offices and shout there seedhi baat karu to hangama karna padega. Then only you will get your flat. My parents myself tried this way.
Q:I have booked Flat in Tower N in 2009. Still no possession and builder is always giving a fake date of possession and then postponed to next date with some excuse. Also they are adding interest on delayed payment which is their mistake. They have sent demand letter on old address. I don't know what step i should take.
