Q:KDP ETHOS launched by kdp group in raj nagar extn. was a fraud, they needed money for completing their project Grand Savana. so they launched Kdp Ethos. now after 2 years of booking they still don't have approval neither they will ever have, because their purpose is over. now as a buyer i am cheated. now there is a huge price gap for present properties.don't know what to do? any suggestions???

I am Deepak Kumar Shrivastava and I have also booked one 3 BHK flat in ethos. I use to be placed at far away places due to my employer's requirement. Presently I am in Pune. I think it will be better to continue with as builder has no option to use the land otherwise. Location is also fine and rate too. Only we should vigorously pursue with the builder about the progress on project.
