hi friends,
As i know this builder SCC height is the first project of this builder and he totally failed to delevery this on time it is delayed more then 5 year and after that the entire team of booking and taken care of this project was changed and the new team who dont know about the project charged the unwanted amount and dues on customers that is why so many customer including me are ready to file a complaint againest the builder, as i have sufficiant prooff to do so.....

hi Anuj, they are offering 2bhk Apartments with Sq.Ft. 795-885 @14.27 Lakhs-15.88 Lakhs . How many BHK are your looking at? becuase they have 3 bhk s also which are more reasonable than the 2 bhks.
