Q: Hi All, I have booked flat in officer city 1 (Ready to move) and as per builder we can shift in the flat after full payment and he will give us possession letter on same day. Can anybody please suggest me that any builder can shift without OC and CC approval.
Latest Answer: Builder has no right to delivered physical possession without getting the OC. However, some builders only to save the penalty amount offer the possession, which totally against the law, buyer can lodge the complaint against them. Regards Sunil Tiwari, Advocate 9717161215

Q: I want to buy a 2BHK flat in Raj Nagar Extension and my budget is 30 lacs inclusive all charges. I have option of SG Grand, Officer City, Land Craft, SCC height and Fortune and there are few more. I am confused so need suggestion which are best property in all terms.
Help me in top 5 property.

Q: As per the current situation of real estate market Is it better to buy a flat for residential purpose in Raj Nagar Extn?
Because I can get better property size in RajNagar in less price compare to Noida Extn and Crossing Repulik.
And if look it's future connectivity, Metro work is already started there, construction of an elevated road along the hinden river is also in full swing.
So plz suggest me, Am i considering it in a right way?
Latest Answer: Hi, Actually I buy a flat in Landcraft Metrohomes, where there is a better connectivisty in future, and better planning, good project on main highway NH 58, near to peripheral, main the rapid metro is running in front of the project connecting from nizammudi to meerut with various rapid stations .. if u want to invest visit that project at least one time or any other query 7251000632

Q: Never go for KDP infrastructure projects, they have the worst management the so called KK GOEL , ANUJ GOEL, the very unethical and unprofessional owned company

Q: I want to know about project OZone Klassic in Rajnagr extention near VVip builders? is this project is genuine as they did'nt have approval from authorities yet. is this will be good investment or not?
Latest Answer: Hi, I purchased 2 flat at Ozone Classik and gave Rs 20 lakhs as registration amount on January 2012. Till date they did not gave me any response. All executives mobile phone are switched off. No one presents at site office. What should I do?

Latest Answer: Hi Khusbhu I have enquired about the bank approvals, they said almost all banks have approved the project. You can take 75% home loan from them.
