What other things can be mentioned in the registry of flat with flat cost.

Q: R/Sir,

I had purchased a flat in indore M.P. in 2011.
Flat Cost - 1650000/-
Other Charges(electricity, water etc.)- 85000/-
Service Tax - 51000/-
VAT- 24000/-

Total - 18 lacs 10k

But now as i am going for registry.
as per guideline the flat cost is Rs. 17,75000/-.

my question is what other things can be mentioned in registry inside.

plz tell me.

hi..ashish During Registry of Flat, only agreement charges are required. You can contact to registrar head in registration office.

Hey Ashish..Registration charges includes stamp duty charges, surcharge charges and registration fee. This is different for different state. You can contact your the local registrar to get more details.
