They seem to have recently got the floor plan approvals and have just initiated the " Agreement for Sale"' . The expected timeline for the completion as per the agreement is another 3 - 4 years I.e 2016- 2017. They had launched the project in 2010. Also now they have changed the floor plans, amenities, introduced public parking for non residents etc lot of changes from those projected at the time of booking. Very disappointing experience from the promoters of this project I.e Dewan Housing. Is their a recourse for a genuine buyer?

They are going to build 3basement,1podium & 16 upper floor masterpieces. Deluxe 2.5 / 3 / 4 BHK Apartments & Grandeur 4 & 5 BHK Sky Villas will be available. As of end of last year, they had managed to complete skeleton of 4 floors. Lets see when is the possession. By the way what is the price they are quoting??

Hey Viral, have you booked an apartment in this project?? I would say any apartment in Bandra is more preferable to stay than this project. However, there is no confirmed news on this project yet..
