What about sanctioning Electricity and Water supply to the project.

Q: Whether some real efforts have been made for sanctioning power supply to the project from MSEB so far. What are the chances of getting it approved and when it will be supplied to the indididual plots already sold. What about the water supply to each plots whether connections have been supplied to each plots. What about the dranage system. I havn't seen much development with these respects within last two years. Even internal roads are not in required conditions as promissed. Sorry but except giving individual fensing nothing (water & electricity supply for each individual plot) has been so far provided as promissed. Internaal roads are not at all up to the mark as promissed. Don't invest at all.

Hi Mr Pradhan, as per the developers, they boast of Water Tank (Borewell 24 hrs.) and Individual MSEB Meter.. Also, they talk about Loft Tank of 500 liters each.. They also have written 6, 9,12 mtrs. Internal roads.. Aren't they providing any of them?? One of my friends is thinking of investing in one of the plots and he was convinced to do so.. Can you throw some light..
