How is the location?? will it be good for end use???

sure the area is a end use location with proximity to the karjat railway station and on the karjat chowk. The mumbai pune expressway is close by and one of the sought after areas in mumbai.

yea you are right..there are a host of amenities in this one too..with one level of podium space marked for recreational activities.. there will be A Gym and swimming pool, as well as vaastu compliant apartments with power back up and security.

Hi, Priyanka, the basic price in this project is Rs 3600 /sqft and they have 1BHK and 2BHK apartments of 416sqft and 660 sqft.

well ...this project has 4 towers with 39 floors....1 podium level has facilities for health and recreation and another 3 levels for car parking. This is a luxury project and the possession is expected by end of 2016.
