Hi,
You have a decent numbers of home buyer's group. Why are you not filing a case against the builder in the consumer redressal forum for compensation? Or you should take the advice of a legal expert.

Myself, my brothers n cousins have invested in this project since its inception ie., 2008 and have paid more than 12 lacs, but till date not got the possessions. Now their office nos. have changed. Don't know how to contact them. Please help this is very urgent.

It is a complete case of deficiency of service. You can file a case to consumer redressal forum for delay possession and ask for the compensation with full interest which you have paid during the period for the accommodation. take the advice of a property lawyer.

What is the current status of the project ? I intended to purchase a flat to years ago. But at that time also, the project was in full swing. It is sad to note that till the date, TMC city is yet to hand over the Keys to any one who have booked.
